JEOL 1200EX TEM



The JEM1200EX is a conventional transmission electron microscope with 120 keV accelerating voltage, a ±60 eucentric goniometer and Gatan wide-angle CCD camera.

The JEOL 1200EX was purchased with funds from NIH grant 1-S10-RR03276-01
