SPTLabtech Chameleon cryo robot is installed and operational.  Speak to David B. for training or sample prep.

GP2 Status

Leica GP2

The Leica GP2 is operational in room 336 of Bio Unit 1.  Speak to David B. for use, scheduling, or training.

CSU-W1 Status

Full CSU-W1

The Nikon spinning disc confocal in 336A is ONLINE.  Spacial rearrangement allows the door to be fully closed now to limit external light.  The incubator air box has been installed and confirmed operational.

Be sure to use the lenses appropriately (oil vs water immersion).  When cleaning lenses, 'Sparkle' is recommended.  Look for it near the instrument and clean up after yourself.

Titan status

Titan

The Titan is ONLINE.  

Our Titan is running today. Users can screen and collect data. For booking, contact Xiaofeng.  Appollo and K3 cameras are good.

HT7800 Status

HT7800

The Hitachi is ONLINE and operational.  There is a beam shift when lifting the camera screen above 30K.  The beam shifts back into place within 60-90 seconds.  Service is scheduled this week to correct the issue.

Camera is operational.

During renovations, the TEM is located in Rm 103 of BioUnit 1. This is a shared space.

BX61

The BX61 is in 336 and is fully operational.

Secure swipe access and a key if you wish to use it after hours.
